It might be interesting to ask your therapist what to expect over the next few sessions, so you can get an understanding of how therapy progresses. You could also talk to them about what weekly session time works best for both of you, if you should be doing anything during the week between sessions, and anything you want to know about them and how they work. Remember, a key point of therapy being successful and helping you achieve personal growth is developing the client-therapist relationship, so asking questions and feeling comfortable with your therapist is a good thing.
