Therapy is suitable for and can be beneficial to people from a wide range of situations and backgrounds, and with a wide variety of needs.
No problem is too small for therapy. If you are feeling stressed out or overwhelmed, if you have a challenge you'd like to overcome, or if you just want to have a chat with someone and get something off your chest, then therapy could be right for you.
Some people have a course of therapy because they want to grow as a person and develop mental toughness, resilience and confidence. Others want to address immediate issues that are affecting their emotional health right now.
It's best to ask yourself: could I benefit from having a personal coach for my mind, that helps me get to where I want to be? If the answer is yes, then therapy would probably benefit you.
